We are a family owned business, founded in 2014 and based in Auckland, New Zealand. Tactical Imports Ltd represents some of the world’s finest weapon systems. All staff are intensely focused on providing top quality small arms solutions to those seeking premium rifles, shotguns, pistols and optics for hunting and sport shooting.

Tactical Imports Ltd are licensed firearms dealers and exclusive N.Z  agents for Daniel Defense, Kriss-USA, POF-USA, Battlearms Development, FIMS, Langdon Tactical and Zabitel Arms.   

We are agents for Volquartsen, Alexander Arms, Sauer, Mauser, Christensen Arms, Bergara and Q items. We are also agents for Nightforce, Arken, Athlon, Riton, Swampfox and Sightmark Optics. We also sell and import all Spuhr items and Victor stocks and chassis. For suppressors we recommend and sell New Zealand made Hardy and DPT.  

Need your overseas purchased firearms imported into New Zealand? We can help. Working in conjuntion with your U.K or Aussie dealer, who will handle the export permits, we specialize in managing the N.Z portion of the importation. This includes gaining your N.Z import permit (N.Z firearms license required) and N.Z Customs, freight/handling clearance and collection.  

Our low cost model means we provide you with the best possible prices.     

With any purchase we reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee for used/returned items. 

What is Our Warranty Return Policy?

Tactical Imports is committed to providing the highest quality gear to match the needs and expectations of its customers. In instances where the product must be returned for warranty coverage the following terms and procedures should be followed:

All warranty returns must be authorized by Tactical Imports by emailing & phoning us. 

General Warranty Returns.

Before returning items for warranty issues, please contact Tactical Imports. Each item is subject to specific warranty coverage and return procedures. Some items are returned directly to the product manufacturer for warranty service. All other items must first be returned to the store for review.

Please be aware that labor charges may and will be applied for work deemed non warranty related.

Returned items may be repaired or replaced at the discretion of the manufacturer. The return shipping box should be marked clearly with the RMA# as issued by Tactical Imports, otherwise your package will be returned unopened.

Please note the customer is responsible for shipping charges to the store. Tactical Imports will pay for return shipping, once item has been reviewed and found to be defective.

The Factory Warranty only includes and applies to the orginal owner/purchaser. It is not transferable between different owners.
